Philosophy
Our philosophy is to be a model for sustainability in the food we procure and the business model we’re creating. We charge what we believe is a fair price so we can offer fair wages to our employees, buy the best possible ingredients and operate sustainably as a small business. Everything from composting our food scraps and recycling, to only operating 4 days a week so we don’t over do it. We only seat a handful of people each night by choice. We take holidays off. All of these things figure into the price of dining with us, the ability to pay a person fairly, to offer health insurance and to survive as a small business. Please consider all those things when you dine with us.
reservations
Reservations for parties up to six people are open on tock 30-days in advance at 12:01am CST. All reservations are available on tock and you can join our waitlist if your desired time and date is not available. You will automatically be notified if an available reservation opens up. While we do not charge a cancellation fee we do appreciate notice if you cannot make your reservation.
larger parties
If you want to dine with a party of 7 plus please email hello@saintclaire.me so we can make this reservation for you.
walk ins
We encourage walk -ins and will always do our best to accommodate you.
bar
Saint Claire has a full service bar offering classic cocktails, creative seasonal N/A temperance drinks and a small but mighty wine list. You can come sip wine on our front porch, sit in our courtyard or enjoy our expansive grounds. Our bar is open 4:00PM -9:30PM Thursday, Friday & Saturday and also 10:00 -2:00PM on Saturday - Sunday. Reservations are not necessary.
corkage
We are pleased to open up to two bottles from your home cellar for a $45 fee per 750 ml bottle, and each additional 750 mL bottle for $65.
mistakes
Please be careful when booking your reservation. If you make a mistake while booking please email hello@saintclaire.me. One person returns this email so please be patient. Please note that we don’t answer questions on our social media accounts. Also, if you send a message to our instagram, facebook, twitter and an email on the same day this makes us sad.
dietary restrictions
Our menu is a petite revolving list of our favorite things. We need advance notice to accommodate allergies. Please list your allergies on tock and we will reach out to you if we can’t accommodate.
cash
We do not accept cash. You can pay with a check, debit or credit card. If this is an issue please contact us and we will work with you. Not accepting cash makes our business 100% safer for our guests and staff.
attire
Just be yourself.
Parking
There is parking at Saint Claire around the front circle and . Please be mindful that we are in a neighborhood and respect the speed limits while making your way to Saint Claire.
gift cards
We do not offer gift cards be creative and make your own.
Kindness and patience goes a long way. Please check your energy before you come into our establishment. Please be aware we will not discuss our policies during service. We are professionals (and humans) trying to guide guests on a culinary adventure. This is our home and we will not deal with abuse.
